Whistlepig Farmstock Crop 03 Ryeis the third release of Whistlepig’s annual Triple Terroir Whiskey Limited Edition range and created from Whistlepig’s Rye grain, distilled and proofed with their water and aged in their own custom Vermont White Oak.

Farmstock N0.3 is a historical step for Whistlepig in that it is the first Whiskey that they have crafted with a majority of their own juice.  This Whiskey is a careful blend of 52% Vermont (3yr) finished in Vermont Oak and 48% (6yr and 10yr) Whiskeys from Alberta, Canada.

Tasting notes
Nose – Sweet and aromatic with Vanilla, Maraschino, Roasted Chestnuts and hints of Cigar box
Palate – Oak, Toffee and Baking Spices followed by soft notes of Crème Brulee and Rose Petals
Finish – Warm and lasting with pleasant Rye Spice
