Mancino Rosso Amaranto Vermouth is a wonderfully delicious artisanal Vermouth di Torino blended with the finest ingredients to create an original, yet classic recipe inspired by world-renowned Italian bartender Giancarlo Mancino. Used as a key ingredient in most cocktails, Mancino Vermouth is perfect as an all-day aperitif when served neat, chilled, or over ice.

A Vermouth of exceptional quality produced through the fortification of a delicate Trebbiano di Romagna, a dry white wine produced with Trebbiano grapes in the foothills of the Apennines, and the infusion of 38 aromatic herbs, it has a dark red colour with caramel shades.

The Mancino Vermouth di Torino Rosso Amaranto is full-bodied and has hints of vanilla, rhubarb, juniper, toasted wood, myrrh, cloves, cinnamon, orange peel and a bitter-sweet finish.
