The Bottled in Bond Act of 1897 certifies the quality of any whiskey carrying an official designation on the bottle. To earn this distinction, a whiskey has to be distilled at a single distillery during a single distilling season, aged at least four years and be bottled at 100 proof. It is a distinction that this whiskey easily earns. After all, Jack Daniels had been doing it years before it was required back in 1897. 120 years later, the Bottled in Bond Act is proof of America’s commitment to ensuring the quality of whiskey. Tasting notes
Nose: Almost winter like candied fruits with Cinnamon spice, burnt sugar  and hints of nuttiness.
Palate: Maple syrup, Apples and peppery spices with a hint of Banana.
Finish: Caramel and burnt sugar with woody undertones
