Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon is an absolute gem in the Four Roses lineup

Four Roses uses five yeast strains with two mashbills to create 10 entirely different recipes.

Master Distiller Brent Elliott hand selects each barrel from the same recipe at exactly the right moment. Each barrel yields around 180 bottles so, whilst the recipe remains consistent across barrels,  the bottle you buy is still from a very unique batch.
