Please be aware that we operate a Challenge 25 policy. When our courier delivers your order there must be someone in to receive it. Proof of age identification must be presented in accordance with this policy. Our courier cannot deliver an order containing alcohol otherwise and delivery will have to be attempted on another occasion.
Environmentally friendly packaging
We are immensely proud that our boxes and inners are made from recycled materials. Both are 100% recyclable. The inners are recyclable and compostable so you can recycle them, use them again or use them as planters. We’ve even heard of them being used as rockets for school projects. Our packaging “system” is manufactured to provide maximum protection to your order. It is rigorously tested so you can have peace of mind that your order will reach you safely.
Delivery and shipping partners
The majority of our orders are delivered by DPD who are highly experienced in the handling of glassware and alcohol shipments. DPD has excellent tracking systems which you can access once your order is complete. DPD will treat your parcel with respect and send out notifications to you in advance of delivery. There are options for you to manage your delivery should you not be available to receive it at the given time slot.
We are not responsible for delays that fall outside of our control. If supply is affected by such an event, we will contact you as soon as practically possible. We will then provide you with full information and details of our intentions to minimise the delay. By providing this information in a fair and timely manner we will not be liable for delays or any subsequent loss caused by these events. If we inform you that the delay may be substantial, you then have the right to request a full refund for goods that you have paid for but fall under the delay. Any items already received will fall under the normal terms and conditions of sale.

In the event of you receiving a damaged or faulty item, you have 10 days in which to reject the item. The earlier you inform us of the issue, the sooner we can assist you in putting it right. If your parcel arrives damaged please refuse the package and notify us immediately. If this is not possible, please document the issue and take photos, where possible. We’re confident in our processes and that your order will reach you in perfect condition.
