The John Collins

The John Collins is named after the 19th Century London bartender and has a Whiskey twist on the original recipe. It is a deliciously tasty, and highly refreshing, tall version of a Whiskey Sour. The John Collins makes for an excellent cocktail for long summer days.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 and 1/2 measures of Bourbon
  • 1 measure Lemon Juice

  • Garnish – Maraschino Cherry and an Orange Slice
