A classic rendition of the Whiskey Sour that introduces Apple juice so that the conscientious drinker can reap the benefits of catching up on one of those missed five-a-day. The Rye adds a little spice.
- 1 1/2 Measures Rye whiskey
- 1 measure fresh Apple juice
- 3/4 Measure Triple Sec
- 1/4 Measure Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Place the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass with ice.
